摘要
用HVI和AFIS两个测试系统测试了新疆阿克苏和石河子栽培的天然彩色棉的物理机械性能 ,并与该地区本白棉进行了对比分析。试验结果表明 ,不同品种的天然彩色棉、不同色泽的天然彩色棉及天然彩色棉与本白棉之间存在着明显的差异 ,但也存在共性。与本白棉相比天然彩色棉微尘和杂质含量明显偏高 ,但成熟度却没有明显差异 ;从总体上看 ,虽然有些天然彩色棉品种的马克隆值偏低 ,细度较细 ,断裂比强度较低 ,但是大部分天然彩色棉的物理机械性能和综合品质良好 ,具有较好的可纺性能。
The physical and mechanical property of natural colored fi bers from Xinjiang Ahsu and Shihezi were tested by HVI and AFIS testing systems, and the result is compared with white cotton in this area. The test shows——th e difference is evident in different variety natural colored cotton, different c olor of natural colored cotton, natural colored cotton and white cotton. But cha racter is still existing. Compared to white cotton fiber, the dust and trash con tents of natural colored cotton fiber are higher , but maturity ratio are almost same. On the whole, although some types of natural colored cotton fibers are fi ner and have lower micronaire value and strength, property and comprehensive qua lity of the most Xinjiang natural colored cotton fiber is satisfied, and the spi nnability of them is good.
