摘要
阐述了薪酬设计应遵循团队原则和隐性报酬原则的必然性,给出的薪酬目标设计的双赢模式则是企业与员工共同参与薪酬制度的制定,分析了基于职位、技能和绩效的薪酬定位的利弊,提出了实施薪酬激励的原则。
This paper expounds the necessity of following the team principle and latent compensation principle in C&B design, and the two-win model of C&B design is working out the C&B system by the enterprise and the workers and staff commonly, analyzes on the advantages and disadvantages of C&B orientation based on the post, skill and performance, and puts forward the principle of carrying out the C&B encouragement.
