摘要 目的:探讨RT PCR法检测早期宫 颈癌外周血CK19mRNA的表达水平及临床 意义。方法:应用RT PCR法检测291例0~Ⅱ A期宫颈癌和162例妇科良性肿瘤术前外周 血CK19mRNA的表达情况,另取30名健康 人作对照。结果:291例肿瘤患者CK19阳性 率为19.93%(58/291),妇科良性肿瘤和健康 人阳性率均为0。结合临床病理资料分析,宫 颈癌患者外周血CK19mRNA阳性与临床分 期、淋巴结转移、淋巴血管间隙受侵和深肌层 浸润间存在明显相关性,P<0.05;而与年龄、 病理类型、分化程度和宫旁转移不相关,P> 0.05。结论:CK19mRNA可作为检测宫颈癌 外周血微转移的指标之一。 OBJECTIVE:To study the expression of CK19 mRNA in peripheral blood of early cervical carcinoma, and its clinical significance.METHODS:The CK19 mRNA in peripheral blood was detected in 291 patients with stage 0-ⅡA cervical carcinoma by using RT-PCR assay. As control, 162 patients with benign gynecologic disease and 30 healthy people were also investigated. RESULTS:The positive rates for CK19 mRNA expression of carcinoma, benign tumor and healthy people were 19.93%(58/291), 0,respectively. CK19 mRNA expression in cervical cancer patients was associated with stage, deep stromal invation, lymphovascular involvement, pelvic lymph node metastasis,P<0.05, and not associated with age, differentiation, pathological types and parametrial extension,P>0.05.CONSLUSION:CK19 mRNA presence may be one of the potential biomarkers for detecting micrometastasis in peripheral blood with cervical carcinoma.
