摘要
自交系和群体的遗传多样性信息是进行育种工作和种质保存的基础。把优良玉米自交系划分到不同杂种优势群以及把新自交系划分到已建立的杂种优势群的方法有:亲缘关系、表型聚类、配合力分析和杂种优势分析、生理生化指标(同功酶)、分子标记。结合相关研究对各种方法的评价,认为配合力分析、杂种优势分析和分子标记方法有助于育种实践。
Information about the genetic diversity of lines and populations is the fundamental in breeding and germplasm preservation. The methods attributed to the classification of elite germplasm into different heterotic groups and assignment of new inbred lines to established heterotic groups are illustrated in this thesis: pedigree, phenotypic traits, combining ability and heterosis analysis, biochemical and physiological data(isozymes)and molecular markers. Combining with previous studies, all kinds of methods were appraised in advance of the making breeding program. It suggested that combining ability,heterosis and molecular markers are better than the other methods.
