摘要 针对云天背景条件下运动目标的检测问题,在传统的帧间差阈值法的基础上,运用隔帧差分的方法,通过差分前后的2次滤波,根据图像的连通性原理,精确地提取出运动目标的轮廓. Aimming at the problem of detecting moving target in the complex cloud background,on the base of traditional method of difference image,a differential method on every two frames is used. Images are filtered before differencing and the differenced image is filtered again using another filter method. At last,the contour of moving target is detected by analysing image connection.
