摘要
企业组织的扁平化是管理学家为解决组织效率低下,社会经济衰退所提出的新的管理战略。但随之而来的却是晋升职位的明显减少,员工工作积极性的丧失。宽带薪酬作为一种新型的与企业组织扁平化战略相适应的薪酬模式应运而生。本文在阐明宽带薪酬概念的基础上,就宽带薪酬兴起的原因,基于宽带的薪酬设计流程进行阐述并提出我国企业实施宽带薪酬模式的条件。
In order to improve the efficency of entering Drise organisation and prevent the decline of social economy,many management scientists proposed enterprise organization flatness as a new management stragety. But it is tollowed to have the obvious reduction of promotion or the loss of staffs' enthusiasm for work. Broad band salary arises at the histocic moment as a new salary pattern which adapts to the organization flat strategy. On exponding the concept of broad band salary,the author analyzes the cause of the prosperity of broad band salary ,designs the broad band system then puts forward the questions which our enterprises should pay attention to when carrying out broad band salary.
