摘要
将模糊数学中的海明距离和模糊贴近度与灰色理论中的灰色关联度有机结合起来,建立一种反映供水时间序列和需水时间序列之间协调程度的整体关联度指标和区域水量供需协调分析模型,通过对盐城市年度供需水量分析,计算结果与实际情况吻合。该模型和指标为水资源供需协调分析提供了新的方法,可进一步完善水资源评价体系。
By combining the Hamming distance and Fuzzy nearness in Fuzzy mathematics with gray connectedness in gray theory,this paper has developed a model, which shows the coordination between supply and demand and the theory of whole connectedness. The model provides the coordination between supply and demand of water resources with a new method and improves the system of water resources evaluations further.
