摘要
通过对国产防晕材料不同粒度碳化硅 (SiC)的选择及非线性参数的研究,确定了适用于大型高压发电机 (6.3~27kV )定子线棒的高阻防晕材料。优化了传统防晕结构 ,同时开发一种新型防晕结构和技术。优化的传统防晕结构和开发的新型防晕结构 ,各项防晕技术指标达到国内外领先水平。应用结果证明两种防晕结构均满足大型高压 (6.3~27kV)水轮发电机、汽轮发电机及百万千瓦核电机组等定子线棒防晕的要求 。
The paper defines materials of all cured high resistance ant-corona and structure of stator winding for large type high voltage generator(6.3~27kV),by the studying for selecting of domestic ant-corona of different mesh number sic and the studying of non-linearity parameter.Optimizing traditional ant-corona structure,at the same time developing a new type of ant-corona structure and technology.Optimizing the conventional ant-corona structure and developing new typing of ant-corona structure,the various ant-corona qualification reached the advanced level in the word.The two kind of ant-corona structure fit to high voltage generators.
