摘要
履带车辆行驶过程中,履带板会受到预张力和牵引力等力的作用.为分析履带板的受力情况,建立了履带板应力场的有限元模型,对履带预张力作用下的履带板静力学特性进行了分析,并进行应变试验测出了履带板的应力值.通过计算与试验结果的对比,验证了有限元分析的可靠性和试验方法的可行性,为履带板结构优化设计提供依据.
As tracked vehicle is moving, trackboard will receive pretighting force and pulling force, etc. For analyzing trackboard's forces, a finite element model of trackboard' s stress field established, withwhich track' s pretighting force is inflicted, track' s statics characteristic is analyzed and the value of the stress of trackboard is measured by strain test. By comparing the result of computing with the result of the test, it validates the reliability of finite element analysis and the feasibility of the test. This is going to provide foundation for the further perfection of the trackboard' s configuration.
