摘要
百通沙棘茶灌胃对小、大白鼠的LD5 0 >10 0g/kg体重 ,属实际无毒级 ;通过小鼠精子畸形实验、小鼠骨髓微核实验 ,均末发现百通沙棘茶对精子有致畸作用和对机体细胞染包体有损伤作用 ;在 30d喂养实验观察期间内 ,各组动物活动正常 ,生长发育良好 ,未出现明显中毒症状和不良反应 ,表明百通沙棘茶对大鼠的生长发育、血液学、血生化和病理指标均未见明显的不良反响 ,故认为对大鼠无亚急性毒性。
The mice given orally toxicological experiment showed that Baitong seabuckthorn tea was experiment innocuity(LD50>10 0g/kg).No significant sperm malformation and chromosome damnification was observed in mice sperm malformation experiment and medulla microkernel experiment.In a thirty day experiment,there were no significant toxicology,biochemistry and pathology symptom for movement,growth,blood and in mice.The results showed that Baitong seabuckthorn tea was non sub acute toxicity for mice.
