Analysis of new wheat cultivar Chuanmai 42 by molecular markers

摘要 应用RAPD、STS和SSR等3种分子标记对川麦42和对照品种川麦107进行了分析。结果表明,供试材料在DNA水平上存在多态性。3种标记均能揭示川麦42与对照品种在DNA水平上的遗传差异。其中,RAPD分析中共有10个引物(14 5%)和20条(12 3%)带纹,STS分析中有4个引物-酶组合(6 7%),而SSR分析中有15个位点(26 3%)能揭示材料间的差异。同时,川麦42与川麦107在SSR分子标记上的差异主要分布在B、D组染色体上,这种丰富遗传多样性可能来源于其人工合成种亲本(Altar84/Aegilopstauschii188)的影响。 The genetic variations between new wheat cultivar Chuanmai 42 and Chuanmai 107 were analyzed by RAPD,STS and SSR markers.The two varieties could be distinguished by 3 molecular markers.Ten of 69 (14.5 %) and 20 DNA bands in RAPD analysis,4 of 60 primer-enzyme combinations (6.7 %) in STS analysis,and 15 of 57 loci (26.3 %) in SSR analysis revealed genetic difference.The genetic variation between Chuanmai 42 and Chuanmai 107 revealed by SSR markers mainly distributed in B and D genome,which should be derived from one of the synthetic parent (Altar 84/ Aegilops tauschii188) of Chuanmai 42.
