摘要
选取了中温锌系磷化的四个因素、三个水平,设计了L9(34)正交试验方案。实验后,对各因素水平试验数据进行了方差分析计算,由使用方提供了综合分值评价,确定了各因素最佳控制参数,同时也为进一步探求更好的条件指明了方向。
Four parameters and three levels are selected. Base on them, the project of L9(3~4)orthogonal test is designed. After the test, the test data in various parameters and levels are calculated with the method of variance analysis. Professionals give general grade point. In conclusion, the best control parameters are acquired , and the better condition is directed.
