摘要
采用问卷调查与面访相结合的方法,对上海市职工体育活动的现状进行分析。结果发现,职工对体育的爱好与实际参与存在较大差异;职工参加体育活动,对其劳动观、余暇观及人生观的确立,有积极的影响。
In this paper, by using questionaire and interview, the state of the staff and workers' physical activities in Shanghai is analyzed. The results show that there is a divergence between the interest and the involvement of the staff and workers. The author points out that if the staff and workers take part in the physical activities, an active effect will be brought about on forming their attitude to labour, view to leisure and outlook on life.
