摘要
用电位滴定法测定了缬草、蜘蛛香、黑水缬草、宽叶缬草及不同产地的缬草类生药中总缬草素的含量。结果发现,总缬草素含量以蜘蛛香中为最高。
Potentiometric titration was used for the first time to determine the total valeportriate content of four V aleriana plants: F. officinalis; V. jatamansi; V. amurensis andF. officinalis var, latifolia. The method is simple, rapid sensitive and accurate. Results showed that the total valepotriate content in F. jatamansi is the highest, and that the total valepotriates content in the root or rhizonie of F. jatamansi from Guizhou province are not significantly different.
