摘要
中国的反毒品犯罪司法实践证明,中国毒品犯罪立法对于惩治毒品犯罪,有效地遏制毒品的蔓延,发挥了积极的作用。但在目前的禁毒立法工作中,还存在一些亟待解决的问题,毒品犯罪立法须根据形势的发展不断地加以细化和完善,为打击毒品犯罪提供有力的法律保障。
China' s law against drug-related crimes proves effective and has played an important role in fighting against drug-related crimes. However, there is still much room for improvement from the point of view of judicial practice.
