摘要
用“水溶性聚氨酯灌浆液”对猫、兔眼微血管进行塑铸、获得完整的中空型铸型标本。铸型标本用扫描电镜(SEM)观察能清晰地观察到整个血管床的三维空间分布、行走情况、分枝、分叉角、血管内表面结构、纹理走行方向和内皮细胞核压迹的形状、大小、深度及排列方向。结果表明“WPU”是一种较理想的微血管铸型材料。本文对铸型标本的制作方法及操作上应注意的问题作了详细介绍。实验用的铸型材料及有关仪器均系国产,铸型标本制作较为简易,所述方法可推广试用于不同目的的其他实验。
A simple hollow-vascular casting technique utilizing a WPU plastic was used to study the three—dimensional ocular microcirculation of the cat and rabbit eyes. Vascular arrangements in different anatomic areas of the eye, endothelial nuclear impressions on the various vessels and minute branches of capillaries were clearly elucidated by scanning electron microscope. The results demonstrated that WPU plastic would be an ideal vascular casting material. This modified technique is described in detail, and scanning electro micrographs are presented to illustrate the reliable results.
