摘要
用火电厂的废物——飘珠作载体,将木瓜蛋白酶固定化得到成功,比活力为天然酶的26.6%。但发现,采用适当的红外辐射又可使固定化酶活力提高约30%。
Papain was successfully immobilized on flyash-bead, waste from fire-power plant, cross-linked by means of glutaraldehyde. The optimum conditions of the immobilized papain were studied, The activity of the immobilized papain could be increased about 30% by suitable infrared irradiation.
