摘要
研究了生物蛋白质分子的温度T≠OK和分子链作非线性振动情况下所产生的相干性集体激发和激发的孤立子的特点,此时这类孤立子以超声速运动、其振幅和传递速度都随温度和非线性振动作用改变,但这种热涨落的存在并未多大影响这类孤立子的稳定性.因而在生物学过程中是很有用的.
In this paper, the properties of the coherent collective excitation and the soliton excited in the biomacromolecular system -the protein at the temperature T≠0K or which is contacted with a thermal reservoir at the temperature T≠0K and an harmonical vibration of the molecular chain have been studied in our theory. In this case, there is the supersonic solitions in the protein.its amplitude depends on the temperature (T≠0K) and the intensity of anharmonical vibration of the chain. but it is still thermal stable even in thermal fluctuation. Therefore, the solition is useful in the biological processes.
