摘要 目的:探讨E-cadherin(E-cad)在胃癌原发灶的表达与其生物学行为及淋巴结转移规律的关系。方法:采用免疫组化(SABC法)观察E-cad在10例正常胃组织和68例胃癌原发灶中的表达情况,对胃癌标本行系统病理学检查。结果:正常胃组织均显示清楚的细胞膜染色,胃癌原友灶及淋巴结转移灶中E-cad异常表达率分别为52.9%(36/68)和63.2%(24/38)(P>0.05),均和正常胃组织有显著性差异K<0.01);E-cad异常表达率与胃癌类型无关(P>0.05)和PTNM分期及淋巴转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:E-cad基因为一肿瘤抑制基因,是反映胃癌生物学行为、预测胃癌转移潜能有价值的指标。 Objective : To investigate the expression and clinical significance of E-cadherin (E-cad) in gastric cancer and its lymphatic metastasis. Methods :. Immunohistochemical method was used to examine E-cad expression in 68 primary gastric cancer tissues and 10 normal gastric mucosa as control. Results: in all of the normal gastric cells, expression of E-cad was clearly evident on cell-cell boundaries,whereas various staining patterns were observed in tumors. Ab-normal expression rates of E-cadin primary lesions and metastatic lymph nodes were 52.9% and 63.2% respectively without any significant difference(P>0.05) ,but it was seen between normal gastric calls and either of them(P<0.001) .There were distinct correlations between abnormal expression rate of E-cad and PTNM stages and metastatic potential respectively (P<0.001- 0.05),but not with histological types(P>0.05). Conclusion:E-cad is a tumor repress gene.E-cad might be avaluable marker in assessing biological behavior and metastatic potential of gas-tric cancer.
