摘要
采用Brabender塑性仪及动态粘弹谱法,研究了聚丙烯酸丁酯——氯乙烯接枝共聚物(PBA-g-VC)的加工性能。结果表明,随PBA主链聚合物交联度的增加,接枝物的加工性能逐步改善,达一定程度后,加工性能又随PBA交联度增加而下降。基于上述结果,预测了使接枝物加工性能达到最佳的交联度。此外,还根据PBA的玻璃化转变温度及接枝物两相相容状况,阐述了接枝共聚物加工性能的变化机理。
The processability of PBA-g-VC and PVC homopolymer is investigated by means of Brabender plasti-corder and dynamic viscoelastic analyzer. The results show that, with I the increase in crosslinking density of PBA,the processing behaviour of graft copolymers becomes better at first, then reaches a peak,and finally declines with a further increase of crosslinking density of PBA. Furthermore, the mechanism of change for the processability of graft copolymers is discussed, and the optimal value of the crosslinking density of PBA is predicted based on the experimental results.
