摘要
在旋风分离器内部流场及浓度场测定的基础上,考虑了分离器内的短路流,颗粒间的相互碰撞、粗颗粒的弹跳以及细粉粒返混等对分离性能的影响。建立了旋风分离器分级效率的多区计算模型,并与现有计算模型作了分析比较.结果表明,多区模型的计算精度令人满意.其理论预测与试验结果较为吻合.
The study is based on the measurement of the gas flow field and particle concentration distribution in cyclone separators. A multi-region model for calculating the fractional efficiency is developed by taking into full consideration of the effect of short-circuit flow, particle collision and fine particle entrainment from the dust hopper upon the separation performance. The model can be used to predict the cyclone performance. The calculated results show that this model is in good agreement with experimental results, and its calculating accuracy is higher than the previous research.
