摘要
本文采用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃基片上涂敷,制备了掺杂CdS微晶的TiO_2复合薄膜。采用XRD、TEM研究了薄膜的物相及其结构特征;Uv-vis-nir谱研究了薄膜的光吸收特性;光生电流谱研究了薄膜的光电转换效率。结论表明:CdS的掺入有利于薄膜对可见光吸收的增强,从而提高其采光效率及光电转换效率。
CdS-doped TiO_2 film on common glass has been developed by dip-coating. The phase and structure of the film have been studied with XRD and TEM; The absorbency of the film has been researched with Uv-vis-nir spectroscopy; The light-converting efficiency has been researched with photocurrent measurements. The results indicate the absorbency to solar light and light-converting efficiency is improved when CdS nanocrystals is doped into TiO_2 film.
