摘要
采用催化选择加氢法脱除C_4抽余液中或经醚化脱除了i-C_4~=的C_4物料中的炔烃和二烯烃。加氢后的物料经精馏可分离出聚合级丁烯-1。研制的催化剂为Pd/Al_2O_3型,经模试评价能将C_(?)物料中的0.6—2%的二烯烃及炔烃脱除至<60ppm,丁烯-1收率为97—99%。研制的催化剂推荐工业使用。
Butadiene and acetylenics in the extracted C_4 fraction, or in the C_4 cut where i-C_(?)has been extracted through etherification can be removed by seiective hydrogenation, Polymer grade 1-butene can be separated from hydrofining feedstock by rectification. The catalyst developed is of Pd/Al_2O_3 type. Pilot scale experiments show that 0.6—2% butadiene aud acetylenics present in C_4 cut can be extracted to less than 60ppm. Recovery of 1-butene is 97—99%.
