探讨了在空气中制备高分子保护的铜超微粒子分散液的方法和反应条件。在PVP(吡咯烷酮)存在下,用CuCl_2(2.0—6.7mmol/1)与过量肼以一定的加料方式并控制pH在7—8等条件下进行反应。所得的分散液中铜的平均粒径为43nm,吸收曲线在580nm处有特征峰。该分散液具有良好的稳定性,密闭保存6个月后铜未氧化。文中也提及催化剂的应用。
The paper studies the methods and reaction conditions for preparation of polymer-protected colloidal dispersions of ultrafine copper particles in the air. It uses CUCl_2(2. 0—6. 7mmol/l), in the presence of polyvinyl pyrrolidone, to react with an excess of hydrazine with the pH value being controlled at 7—8. The average diameter of the ultrafine copper particle in the dispersions is 43nm. There is a characteristic peak in 580nm on the absorbance curve. The dispersions have a good stability. The copper remains in an unoxidized state after 6 months storage in a sealed container. The paper also mentions the application of catalysts.
