摘要
研制了适用于丁炔二醇在较低温度(60-80℃)和压力(4.0MPa)下一步加氢制取1,4-丁二醇的负载型钯催化剂。对该催化剂进行了常压和加压下考评,同时进行了加压下的动力学研究,从丁二醇的选择性和活化能数值,比较了两种催化剂制备工艺条件的优劣。
The supported palladium catalysts were prepared by impregnating active carbon with PdCl_2. One stage catalytic hydrogenation of butynediol to 1,4-butanediol was carried out with such cata- lysts under lower hydrogen pressure of 4.0MPa and at lower temperature of 60-80℃.Conversion and selectivity reached 100% and 97% respectively.The reaction kinetics was investigated.Different methods of catalyst preparation were compared in terms.of selectivity and activated energy.
