摘要
以乙酸钴、乙酸锰为催化剂,四溴乙烷为促进剂,在半间歇搅拌釜式钛材反应器中对乙酸-对二甲苯体系中二氧化碳、乙酸甲酯的生成规律以及对二甲苯的转化速率进行了研究,得到了对二甲苯转化速率方程,并探讨了对二甲苯液相氧化过程中降低乙酸消耗量的可能途径。
The rate of formation of carbon dioxide and methyl acetate and the conversion rate of p-xylene were studied in a semi-batch stirred titanium reactor. A conversion rate equation of p-xylene was obtained, and effective measur s for reducing the consumption of acetic acid in liquid phase air-oxidation of p-xylene were discussed.
