摘要
采用程序升温脱附法(TPD)和程序升温还原法(TPR)研究了顺酐加氢催化剂XYF-5上的H_2脱附和还原反应动力学。结果表明,XYF-5对H_2显示有不同能量特征的两个活泼部位(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ),对H_2的吸附为分解二位吸附,催化剂XYF-5的还原遵从速率方程式(6)。
The desorption and reduction kinetics of hydrogen on catalyst XYF-5 for maleic anhydride hydrogenation have been studied by TPD and TPR. The results show that, for hydrogen, XYF-5 has two active sites (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) which have distinct Characteristics of energy, the dissociated hydrogen is adsorpted on the two sites. The reduction reaction on catalyst XYF-5 obeys the following rate equation: dα/dt=1.08×10^(10)e^(-1.25×10^5/RT)C^(1/2)(1-α)^(1/2)(R=8.314 J./mol·K)
