摘要
采用加压示差扫描量热计法(PDSC)对大庆150SN及其吸附色谱分离所得15个镏分与加入不同量的各种添加剂后的热氧化安定性进行了研究。结果表明,烷烃和环烷烃的热氧化安定性基本相同,但随着馏分中芳烃含量的逐渐增加及结构逐渐由单环向双环、多环的变化,热氧化安定性也在逐渐提高。从各添加剂对基础油热氧化安定性的影响可以合理选用添加剂和剂量。
The pressure differential scanning calorimetry (PDSC) was used to study the thermal-oxidation stability of Daqing 150SN and its 15 fractions obtained by chromatographic separa- tion. The effects of various additives of different dosages on the thermal-oxidation stability of Daqing 150SN were also investigated. The results showed that the thermal-oxidation stabilities of paraffin and naphthene fractions are basically similar, however, the stability increases with increasing aromatics content and with the aromatics changing from monocyclic to bicyclic and polycyclic in structure. The effects of additives on the stability of the base oil determined by PDSC can be used for the proper selec- tion of additives and their dosages.
