摘要
简述了我国石化企业中热能动力系统的现状和优化问题。以某大型石化企业的蒸汽系统为例,建立了优化调度的数学模型并编制成应用软件。运算结果与实际运行工况相比较,说明可获得明显的节能效果,对热能动力系统进行优化调度的应用前景广阔。
The current status and optimization problem of combined heat & power system for petro-chemical plants in China are described briefly. A mathematical model of the optimized dispatch is established for the steam system of a large petro-chemical plant as an example, and the computer code is developed accordingly. Significant energy conservation can be expected from comparison between the calculated results and the current operation condi- tions, promising an extensive application of the optimization technique for combined heat & power systems.
