摘要
本文介绍了近10年中我国重油催化裂化在工艺、催化剂、工程设备及重油加工过程中取得的进展;讨论了进一步发展重油深度加工中催化裂化技术所面临的问题;在工艺方面提出了组合工艺的途径,总结了焦化-催化裂化、脱沥青-催化裂化及加氢-催化裂化等组合工艺的试验结果;在催化剂方面提出了推广使用超稳分子筛催化剂及使用新一代助剂等,以改善重油裂化性能及提高汽油辛烷值。并对其它的技术发展工作提出了建议。
This paper presents the progress of resid catalytic cracking technology ac- complished process, catalyst and engineering during the last decade in China. The problems facing the further development of the FCC technology for processing heavy oil are discussed. The integrated processing routes are suggested, such as Coking-Catalytic Cracking, Deas- phalting-Catalytic Cracking and Hydrogenation-Catalytic Cracking, with typical test results given. USY catalysts and various promoters are recommended to enhance bottoms cracking and boost gasoline octane, etc. Other suggestions for developing FCC technology are also put forward.
