摘要
针对使用双、多金属重整催化剂对进料中含硫量要求严格的问题,结合国内外的实际情况阐述了在催化重整过程中使用脱硫保护床技术的作用;比较了高温气相脱硫保护床和低温液相脱硫保护床;介绍了氧化锌脱硫剂、含铜脱硫剂和含镍高效低温脱硫剂,重点叙述了石油化工科学研究院研究开发的GB-211含镍高效低温脱硫剂。为了比较和测定GB-211脱硫剂在工业应用时的动态脱硫性能,在10mL动态吸附装置上与国外的同类脱硫剂A分别进行了测定。结果表明,GB-211的脱硫率可始终保持在80%以上,绝大部分时间在90%以上,其脱硫性能、强度、粉化率等均已达到或超过国外同类型脱硫剂水平,值得在重整装置中推广使用。
Further reduction of sulfur content in catalytic reforming feed to a level below the typical level attainable with naphtha hydrotreating can improve the reformer oper- ation significantly. This paper relates to the effect of using sulfur guard in reforming process and compares a vapor-phase sulfur sorption technology with a liquid-phase sulfur sorption technology. The GB-211 high performance sulfur adsorbent developed by RIPP is especially introduced. GB-211 and A adsorbent of the same category from the world market were evalu- ated with a 10 mL dynamic sorptiom unit, showing that GB-211 is little higher in both desul- furization rate and crushing strength, and indicating that the performance of GB-211 is equiv- alent to the advanced level of foreign adsorbent of the same category.
