摘要
高压电极静电场的数值模拟,采用有限单元法,利用 ANSYS 电磁场分析的波前法求解。其结构采用对称结构。并根据数值分析结果对影响高压电极电场的高压电极及均压环间纵向间隙、高压电极与铁轭、侧壁间横向间隙,及侧壁倒角和高压电极与外接导线间的倒角等参数进行优化设计。应用表明,该方法行之有效。
The numerical value of electrostatic field for high voltage electro nodes is simulated by the finite element technique. The numerical value of electrostatic field is solved with the frontal wave method of ANSYS electromagnetic field analysis. The symmetric structure is adapted. According to result of analyzing numerical value, the parameters that influence the high voltage electric field are optimized, such as the longitudinal clearance between high voltage electro nodes, the transverse clearance among high voltage electro node and the iron yoke (or the container side) and sidewall, and the corner size of the container sidewall and the corner size between high voltage electro node and the outside lead etc. The application shows the way is effective.
