摘要
采用凝胶过滤色谱法测定了不同酶解条件下所得脱铬革屑胶原水解产物的分子量及其分布。试验结果表明 :在本试验条件下 ,碱性蛋白酶用量对胶原水解产物分子量的变化影响不大 ;在酶的最适反应pH值下 。
Gel filter chromatography (GFC) was used to determine molecular weight and its distribution of alcalase-treated collagen hydrolysate from dechromed shavings. Study showed that, amount of Alcalase did not have much effect on molecular weight distribution of collagen hydrolysate. At optimum pH (9.0~9.5) of the enzyme, the proportion of collagen hydrolysate with low molecular weight was relatively higher.
