摘要
分析了评价燃烧优劣的直接指标和间接指标。以锅炉反平衡热效率为模型基础,进行变工况热力校核计算。以排烟温度、过量空气系数、飞灰含碳量和炉渣含碳量为经济性辅助指标,建立燃烧经济性诊断模型。给出计算实例,求出在过量空气系数和排烟温度变化的情况下,锅炉效率的变化量,为运行人员进行燃烧调整指明了方向。
The evaluation methods on the boiler combustion economization are discussed. On the basis of boiler efficiency model, a change-condition check of thermal calculation is carried out. Using exhausted gas temperature, excess air level, unburned carbon in fly ash and in slag as assistant mark of economization, the diagnosis model of boiler combustion economization is constructed and a case study is given. The variation of boiler efficiency is obtained. The instruction to the operators is pointed out.
