摘要
电力机车结构复杂,并且具有故障识别空间跨度大、难度高等特点,采用基于专家系统和通信网络(ESCN)的故障诊断技术对机车进行故障诊断非常合适。文章主要介绍了机车通信网络的节点、拓扑结构和网络协议,并讨论了诊断系统的知识库设计、推理机制以及系统结构等方面的内容。基于ESCN的机车故障诊断系统设计新颖、功能丰富,实际运行情况表明完全满足对机车故障诊断的要求。
Complexity of the electric locomotive and the range and the difficulty of the faults identifying are very high, thus we make use of the faults diagnostic technique based on the expert system and the communication network (ESCN). The node, the topology structure and the network protocol of the communication network are researched, and the design of the knowledge storage, regulation and the structure of the system etc are developed. The running of the system based on ESCN indicates that the system with novel design and strong function accords with the faults diagnostic requirements.
