摘要
知识经济是以人的知识为基础,以人的智力为资源的经济。知识经济时代图书馆的地位更加重要,对 图书馆也提出了新的要求。"以人为本"是现代人力资源管理的核心。"决策人"和"复杂人"是人们对现代人的一 致认识。本文就从重庆大学图书馆的人力资源管理的现代观念、人才类别、人才评价标准和人力资源管理的基本 实践等方面,谈了自己对这方面问题认识的拙见。
Economics Knowledge is a economics based on one's knowledge and brains. Under this conditions the power of library is more important and the request of an assistant, of course, is new. That man is the most importance and the center of the modem management in human resources. The up-to-date man agrees on that people is a policymaker or a complicated person. In this paper, my simple views about them will has been elaborated in those sides of the modem ideas about the management of the human resources,kinds of talents,levels of appraisals and the concrete practice about the management in human resources,etc.
