摘要
目的 探讨腭鞘管能否在高分辨率CT(HRCT)图像上显示及其正常HRCT表现。资料与方法 对 10 0例曾行翼腭窝HRCT检查的正常成年人横断面和冠状面的影像资料进行分析。结果 本组资料表明横断面和冠状面HRCT均可清楚显示腭鞘管。横断面上腭鞘管位于翼腭窝的后方 ,翼管前端的内侧 ,呈窄锥形。冠状面上位于翼管的内下方 ,鼻咽的顶壁上 ,形态不定 ,呈圆形 5 2例 (5 2 % ) ,卵圆形 4 3例 (43% ) ,不规则形 5例 (5 % ) ;根据管壁的完整性又分为全管型 4 0例 (40 % ) ,混合管型 32例 (32 % ) ,半管型 2 8例 (2 8% )。腭鞘管在冠状面HRCT最大直径平均值为 1.0mm(0 .4~ 2 .7mm) ,男女及其左右两侧之间的数值均无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 横断面和冠状面HRCT均能清楚显示腭鞘管 ,以冠状面显示更直观 ,两者结合能更清晰、准确显示其本身及与翼腭窝、翼管和圆孔的关系 ,易发现早期骨质异常。
Objective To investigate whether or not the palatovaginal canal can be identified on HRCT and its normal findings.Materials and Methods The image datas about 100 normal adults who had performed axial and coronal HRCT of the pterygopataline fossa were analysed.Results HRCT can reveal well defined contour of the palatovaginal canal according to the data on axial and coronal image. On axial HRCT, the palatovaginal canal was located behind of the pterygopalatine fossa and medial of the front part of pterygoid canal,showing narrow cone shaped. On coronal HRCT,the palatovaginal canal was located in inferomedial of the pterygoid canal and the roof of nasopharynx, which had different shapes appearing as round shaped in 52 cases (52%), ovoid-shaped in 43 (43%) and irregular shape in 5 (5%).Palatovaginal canal was divided into panocanal, semicanal and mixed canal type, 40 cases (40%), 32 (32%) and 28 (28%) respectively. The average maximum width of the diameter of palatovaginal canals was 1.0 mm(0.4~2.7 mm)on coronal plane. The parameter was no significant difference in sexes and two sides (P<0.05). Conclusion On HRCT axial and coronal planes, the palatovaginal canal can be definitely identified, better of the coronal plane, HRCT may reveal more clearly and accurately the palatovaginal canal and the relationship with the pterygopalatine fossa, pterygoid canal and round foramen. On both axial and coronal plane HRCT may also easily demonstrate the early bone lesion of the palatovaginal canal.
