铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷层的磨损特性 被引量:15

摘要 研究了微弧氧化陶瓷层粗糙度对磨损特性的影响及在不同溶液添加剂中生成的铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷层的磨损特性 ,并与镀硬铬及耐磨磷钒铜铸铁的磨损特性进行了对比。试验结果表明 :随着微弧氧化陶瓷层粗糙度的增大 ,其初期磨损量较大 ,当磨损一定时间后 ,其磨损失重量接近于零 ;溶液添加剂对陶瓷层的磨损特性没有明显的影响 ;微弧氧化陶瓷层的磨损特性明显优于镀硬铬及磷钒铜耐磨铸铁。 Micro arc oxidation ceramic layers were prepared on Al alloy from the electrolyte solutions doped with different additives. The wear resistance of the resulting ceramic layers was evaluated and compared with that of electroplated hard Cr coating and wear resistant P V Cu cast iron. The effect of the roughness of micro arc oxidation ceramic layer on the wear resistance was investigated. It was found that the additives doped in the electrolyte solutions had little effect on the wear resistance of the corresponding micro arc oxidation coatings. The micro arc oxidation coatings had a large wear mass loss in the early stage sliding with increasing surface roughness, and the wear mass loss decreased to be almost zero after a certain period of sliding. Moreover, the micro arc oxidation ceramic layer had much better wear resistance than the electroplated hard Cr coating and wear resistant P V Cu cast iron.
