摘要
涤氨包缠纱是一种以涤纶长丝为外包纤维,氨纶长丝为芯线的氨纶弹力纱。文中在实验的基础上,对涤氨包缠纱的断裂强力、捻度、沸水收缩和混纺比性能做了分析研究,并得出以下结论:a.相同细度的涤纶和相同细度的氨纶纺成的包缠纱,氨纶预牵伸倍数大的纱线断裂强力值高;而涤纶细度相同,氨纶预牵伸倍数相同时,纱线断裂强力并不一定随氨纶特数增加而增加。b.氨纶包缠纱的捻度存在较大的不稳定性。c.经初步测定涤氨包缠纱的沸水收缩率在10%左右,在织物加工过程中应予以考虑。d.涤纶细度相同时,相同预牵伸倍数的涤氨包缠纱的混纺比随氨纶特数的增加而增大;氨纶细度相同的包缠纱的混纺比随预牵伸倍数的增加而减小。
The wrapped yarn of polyester and spandex takes polyester filament as outer wrapping fiber and spandex as core fiber. This paper studied the relationship of break strength, number of turns, shrinkage ratio after washing with boiling water versus blending ratio. It was concluded that 1) if the fineness of polyester and spandex is the same, the break strength of the wrapped yarn increases with the increase of pre-drafting ratio of the spandex, but under the condition that the fineness of polyester is fixed, the break strength of the wrapped yarn does not necessarily increase with the increase of spandex's Tex number; 2) the twist of the wrapped yarn is not stable; 3) the shrinkage ratio of the wrapped yarn after washing with boiling water is 10% or so according to the primary testing, which should be considered in knitting process; and 4) if the fineness of polyester and the pre-drafting ratio is both kept fixed, the blending ratio of the wrapped yarn increases with the increase of the spandex's Tex number, but if the fineness of the spandex is kept fixed, the blending ratio of the wrapped yarn decreases with the increase of the pre-drafting ratio.
