摘要
道德是教师的立身之本,也是教育"师范性"的最集中体现。如何有效地进行德育,长期以来一直是我们师范院校思考的问题。以内在的道德需要作为切入点,能够为德育的实施展开一个新的视野。
Morality is not only a basic quality of being a teacher, but also the important contents of teacher education. Normal universities and schools have always been thinking of how to carry out moral education effectively. This paper holds that it will greatly benefit the implementation of moral education to stimulate students' internal moral need.
