摘要
目的:探讨全髋关节置换治疗成人先天性髋关节发育不良的手术方法和疗效.方法:对25例28髋成人先天性髋关节发育不良继发骨性关节炎患者行全髋关节置换术.结果:刀口均Ⅰ期愈合.经13个月～6年,平均27个月随访,Harris评分87分(术前46分),优5髋、良19髋、中4髋,优良率为85.7%.结论:全髋关节置换术是治疗成人先天性髋关节发育不良继发骨性关节炎的有效方法.
Objective:To study surgical methods and results of total hip replacement(THR)in the treatment of congenital dysplasia of hip(CDH)in adult.Method:Twenty-eight hips in twenty-five adult patients with advanced osteoarthritis secondary to CDH undergone THR were included in this study.Result:The incision healed smoothly.The mean follow up period was 27 months(ranged 13 months ~ 6 years).The Harris' scores was 87(46 scores before surgery).Five cases were excellent,19 cases were good and 4 cases was fair.The rate of excellent and good was 85.7%.Conclusion:THR is an effective method in the treatment of osteoarthritis secondary to CDH.
