摘要
钢筋混凝土结构粘贴加固时,加固材料的最大用量与构件类型、截面配筋情况、加固时构件的受力大小、粘贴材料的种类、混凝土的强度等级等许多因素有关.本文根据我国《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002)提出了确定截面相对界限受压区高度的计算简图,根据这个计算简图,推导了截面相对界限受压区高度的计算公式和加固材料最大用量的计算公式,给出了相应的计算表格.利用这些结果指导实际加固工程,可以取得很好的经济效果.
The maximum quantity of externally bonded strengthening materials of reinforced concrete structures depends on the type of members, the reinforcement ratio of the sections, the value of externally bonded strengthening materials and the strength grade of concrete. In this paper, a figure for the calculation ratio of the boundary depth of compression zone to depth from the extreme compression fiber to the center of the tensile reinforcements of flexural members was proposed. Based on it, a formula for calculating the ratio and a formula for calculating the maximum quantity of externally bonded strengthening materials of reinforced concrete flexural members were presented. Some tables for calculating the ratio and the maximum quantity were also given.
