摘要
本文在合成气直接制二甲醚的热力学分析的基础上 ,阐述了一步法合成二甲醚由于多个化学反应同时进行所产生的协同效应 ,提高了合成气的转化率 ,而较两步法合成具有更多的优势。综述了合成气直接制二甲醚技术和催化剂制备的进展情况 。
On the basis of the thermodynamic analyzing on directly synthesizing dimethyl ether from syngas, this paper expounds that the advantages of DME synthesized by one-step method as compared with that by two-method root in the coordinate effect engendered due to the many chemical reaction occurred at the same time. The research progress on technology and catalyst preparing of directly synthesizing dimethyl ether from syngas was reviewed and the latest research results and trends was introduced.
