摘要
学生现代法治观念的形成和依法办事能力的培养与教师的法律意识水平的高低有着直接关联。教师必须了解相关法律,明确自身法定地位,具备权利与义务对等、平等、诚信等意识。
Focusing on weak law awareness of some teachers,the paper proposes tha teacher should be of proper law awareness such as knouing related law,having a clear idea of themselves statutable position,the reciprocation,equality and honesty of rights and obligations.
