日粮共轭亚油酸对肉仔鸡生长性能、淋巴细胞转化率、抗体水平及血清溶菌酶活性的影响 被引量:21

摘要 选用 2 4 0只 1日龄雄性爱拔益加 (AA)肉仔鸡 ,研究添加不同水平 (0 % ,0 .2 5 % ,0 .5 %和 1% )的共轭亚油酸(CLA)对生长性能及免疫机能的影响。研究结果表明 ,日粮CLA对肉仔鸡的生长性能没有显著影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,可提高 4 2日龄时全血淋巴细胞对刀豆素 (ConA)的增殖反应 (P <0 .0 5 )。肉鸡血清新城疫抗体水平不受日粮CLA的影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,饲喂CLA可显著增加 2周龄和 6周龄时血清溶菌酶的活性 (P <0 .0 5 )。这些结果表明 ,日粮CLA可提高肉鸡的细胞免疫和先天性免疫。 The effects of dietary conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on growth performance, lymphocyte proliferation, antibody production and serum lysozyme activity were investigated in male broiler chickens. A total of 240 day-old AA(Arbor Acres) strain broiler chickens were allocated to four dietary treatments with different inclusion level of CLA (0%, (0.25%), 0.5% and 1.0% CLA). The results were showed that, no difference in growth performance was observed (among) treatments (P>0.05). CLA enhanced the peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferation in response to ConA on d 42 (P<0.05). On d 14 and 42, CLA induced an increase in serum lysozyme activity (P<0.05). The results indicated that CLA could enhance cellular and innate immune response of broilers.
