A Shift from Teacher-centeredness to Student-centeredness——Considerations on "Question-direction" Teaching Implemented in Teacher's Instruction

摘要 "问题导向"是近年来出现的一种新颖的教育思想与方法,它在引起学生积极探究问题的倾向,养成学生问题意识方面有积极作用。但目前在教师教育中实施"问题导向"教学存在着教师不顾学生的主体需求及社会现实,一味从教学目标出发来展开问题,导致教与学的效率不高。要提高"问题导向"教学的有效性,教师应充分考虑学习者的实际需求,从根本上实现"问题导向"教学由"师本"向"生本"的转变。 'Question-direction' is a new method applied in education which encourages students to explore questions and develop their question awareness. However, the application of 'question-direction' in teacher's instruction meets with the ignorance of the needs of students and social reality which results in low efficiency in both teaching and learning, since it strictly follows the teaching goals. In order to improve its efficiency, teachers should take full considerations on the practical needs of the learners and make a complete shift from teacher-centeredness to student-centeredness as far as the question-direction is concerned.
