摘要
为了充分有效地利用井底水力能量,使水射流与切削齿联合作用破碎岩石,提高破岩效率,设计了超高压双流道PDC钻头。在不改变普通PDC钻头基本设计原理和方法的基础上,进行了该钻头超高压系统关键部件的设计包括高压合金管和定心夹具的材料和尺寸的设计;喷嘴结构和参数的设计,以及超高压流道的计算和设计。室内模拟试验表明(1)超高压喷嘴安装在钻头刀翼上能辅助PDC切削齿破岩;(2)定心夹具解决了高压合金管上部与增压器高压合金管的同心扶正和高压合金管在钻头中的固定问题,同时钻井液也能顺利下行到钻头。
In order to make full use of down-hole hydraulic energy and improve penetrating efficiency by means of combined action of water jet and cutting tooth, a ultra-high pressure dual-flow channel PDC bit is designed. The key parts of the ultra-high pressure system, including the high-pressure alloy pipe, the centering clamp, the nozzle and the ultra-high pressure flow channel, are designed without changing the basic design principle and method of the common PDC bit. Simulation test shows that, (1) fixing ultra-high pressure nozzle on the bit edge is helpful to penetration with PDC cutting teeth; (2) the centering clamp solves the fixing and centering of the high-pressure alloy pipe on the bit, and ensures the drilling fluid flowing to the bit swimmingly.
