摘要
目的观察慢性氟中毒对小鼠切牙成釉细胞骨形成蛋白-2(BMP-2)表达的影响,探讨氟斑牙的致病机制。方法建立小鼠慢性氟中毒氟斑牙模型,SABC免疫组化法检测下切牙成釉器细胞内BMP-2的表达分布。结果BMP-2在分泌期成釉细胞、成牙本质细胞表达最强,在中间层细胞,星网状细胞中均有表达,并且随着氟浓度的升高,表达减弱。结论氟抑制BMP-2在成釉细胞中的表达,影响釉基质分泌。
Objective To investigate the expression of BMP-2 in mice incisor enamel organ cells under chronic fluoride exposure and elucidate the mechanism of dental fluorosis. Methods A dental fluorosis mouse model was established. The expression of BMP - 2 in enamel organ cells of the mice mandibular incisor was examined by using SABC immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of BMP - 2 significantly increased in the ameloblast and the odontoblast The expression of BMP - 2 was also observed in the cells of the intermedium stratum cell, the stellate reticulum cell and dental papillae cell. The expression of BMP-2 decreased as the concentration of the fluoride decreased. Conclusion Fluoride in enamel organ cells inhibited the expression of BMP-2 and impaired the secretion of enamel.
