编码器位置检测通道的扩展是多轴运动控制系统开发中经常遇到的技术问题。该文详细介绍了HCTL-2020解码器的工作原理,设计了它与DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A控制器的接口电路,介绍了该芯片在多关节机器人控制系统中的使用。解码器内部具有16位硬件计数器,与CPU接口方便,非常适合于多轴闭环运动控制系统的开发。
Expanding encoder position-detecting channels is frequently a problem in multi-axis control system development. This article describes the principle of HCTL-2020 decoder in details, designs its interfacing circuit with micro processor TMS320LF2407A, and introduces its application in the control system of multiple-joint robot. With a 16-bit internal hardware counter, the decoder is feasible for interfacing encoder and CPU in the development of multi-axis closed-loop movement control system.
