摘要
目的 研究术后病理性腹腔粘连小鼠模型粘连评价方法的优选。方法 采用清洁级昆明小鼠 12 0只制作术后病理性腹腔粘连小鼠模型 ,随机分成 5组 (模型组和 4个给药组 ) ,术后饲养 14d ,于术后第 15d处死小鼠 ,各组均用四种腹膜粘连评分方法进行评分。结果 Nair粘连评分法一及邱氏法评分结果 5组之间腹膜粘连程度差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而Nair粘连评分法二、Phillips评分结果 5组间腹膜粘连程度差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 Nair粘连评分法一及邱氏法对术后病理性腹腔粘连小鼠模型的粘连评价较为适宜 ,其余两种均不适合。
Objective To investigate the satisfactory evaluation systems for postoperative intra-peritoneal adhesion (PIA) in mice.Methods PIA animal model was set up by operation in 120 mice, and these mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, one model group was treated with Normal Saline, the other four treated with different drugs. Four evaluation systems were applied to evaluate PIA in mice.Results There are differences among 4 systems, according to Nair One and Qiu′s evaluation systems, the differences among 5 groups are significant(P<0.05), but according to Nair Two or Phillp′s systems,there is no difference.Conclusion Nair One and Qiu′s evaluation systems are satisfactory systems for evaluating PIA in Mice, but Nair Two or Phillp′s systems are not.
